Your Thinking Limit Your Success in HR?
PURPOSE: To have people see the correlation between their "thoughts" and their success as a Human Resource practitioner and management results.
To be able to make better choices, we have to start with better premises or paradigms. In this presentation, Lindon Crow uses experiential exercises that demonstrate how people's perspectives are limited and in some cases pre-programmed.
Breaking out of these limitations is a key to improving both the results they are able to achieve as well as the quality of their lives.
CONTENT: We start with an exploration of what it takes to make better choices and follow that with an experiential “brain teaser” exercise that encourages people to expand their pre-programmed notions about a particular situation. It demonstrates how we often think within a confined perspective and can't see solutions that exist outside particular models.
Participants will have an opportunity to examine some of their own thinking that interferes with the results they ideally wish to achieve.

Productive Learning & Leisure provides their clients with fun, interactive learning experiences that will challenge their thinking to create a better understanding of themselves. Classes range from personal to professional subject matters that help to identify blind spots in thinking and begin to question and assess what thinking will create an extraordinary life.
Lindon is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Psychology and Religious Studies.
