Glen Kraemer, one of the founding partners of the Firm, manages the  Los Angeles office employment law practice.  He focuses exclusively on the representation of employers concerning discrimination and harassment claims, and personnel law compliance issues involving disability accommodations, wage/hour concerns, protected leaves, and corrective counseling, discipline and termination practices.  Glen also has significant experience in trade secrets, restrictive covenant and unfair competition litigation.

Warning Signs and Risk Factors - Zero Tolerance: Assessment and Prevention of Workplace Violence

It is a common myth that the threat of workplace violence does not manifest itself in a troubled employee until it is too late. Yet almost all threatening workers exhibit telltale signs that are often overlooked or misinterpreted by managers and supervisors.
